Chocolate Coated Strawberries

Ingredients: Serves 2

1/2 cup Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup Cream
6 Strawberries, large, with stems

Procedure:

In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate. Blend in cream. Dip strawberries in one at a time. Using the stem end to hold and dip about 1/2 to 3/4 the way in. Eat immediately or set out on a dish for serving.
