Pear and Butter Lettuce Salad (Dave Mills)Show: July 24thIngredients :Serves 44-5 heads Butter Lettuce Procedure:Core the butter lettuce and hand-tear into pieces. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar (both to taste). Usually a 2 to 1 oil to vinegar. Toss lightly.
