Sausage Hot Dog

Ingredients :Makes 1 sandwich 

1 Bun, hot dog
1 Sausage, chicken-apple
(or your choice)
1 Tbls Mustard, coarse ground
1 Tbls Catsup, tomato
1 Tbls Relish, sweet pickle
2 Tbls Onions, caramelized

Procedure:

Grill 1 chicken-apple sausage on a flat grill, BBQ or frying pan. When thoroughly heated through place on open bun and add 1 Tbls catsup, 1 Tbls coarse ground mustard, 1 Tbls sweet pickle relish and 2 Tbls caramelized onions. Fold as close together as possible and start in.
